Khal Tiferes Yosef ("we," "us") operates this site and a text message program for members, neighbors, and guests of the shul. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Your phone number is used for one purpose: sending you text messages about the shul. That includes weekly davening times, zman and schedule changes, Yom Tov schedules, and shul announcements. Your email, if provided, is used only to confirm your signup or to reach you if a text fails to deliver.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in information with any third party, affiliate, or partner for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. SMS opt-in consent is never shared with anyone. Your information stays with the shul.
We use GoHighLevel as our messaging platform, which processes and delivers messages on our behalf. It acts only as a service provider and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes.
Reply STOP to any message to be removed from the list immediately. To have your information deleted from our records entirely, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
This messaging program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect phone numbers from anyone under 18.
